7-Day Return Window

How to Return Your Order

Contact Us Within 7 Days

WhatsApp us at +91 88264 02460 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and photos of the product showing the reason for return.

Return Approved

Our team reviews your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will share a return pickup confirmation. We arrange the pickup — you don't need to visit any courier office.

Product Picked Up

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address. Please ensure the shoes are packed in their original box with all tags and accessories.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (2–3 days), your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Product received in wrong size
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Unused and unworn product in original packaging (change of mind — within 7 days)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been worn outdoors
  • Products with removed tags or missing original packaging
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Customised or personalised orders
